So I attended the 2017 Western Food Service and Hospitality Expo last week in Los Angeles. I had a great experience this year, trying new food and beverage items. The Los Angeles Convention Center floor was packed with vendors showcasing their products. Like a kid in a candy shop, my eyes lit up.
